LABSCO, Laboratory Supply Company, a Louisville, Kentucky based corporation began in 1972. LABSCO has expanded to nine distribution centers and has grown to be the largest privately held distributor of clinical products in the United States. LABSCO is known for its expertise in the clinical laboratory but is also a full line distributor of medical/surgical products in the alternate care market.

LABSCO has the experience and infrastructure to provide excellent service across the entire spectrum of the Integrated Healthcare Network including large hospitals, rural community hospitals and can still provide the attention to a single physician office. Terms and Conditions

Pricing
LABSCO participates in many national and regional group-purchasing contracts to provide you with special pricing and services. Call your local LABSCO service center or your sales representative for complete information on volume discounts and contracts available to you.

We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Hundreds of carefully packed orders leave our shipping point’s everyday. Orders are shipped direct to you by the fastest and most economical method. We offer our own trucking fleet and regional carriers for local deliveries along with UPS and FedEx for regional deliveries. Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

Return Merchandise
LABSCO’s ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction. If any product fails to meet your complete satisfaction, simply call us for your Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days from the date received. Items returned for credit must be in their original package (unmarked and unopened), must be unexpired, have been stored and handled properly and should include a copy of the packing slip. Drop Shipments, special orders, special stock, and opened products are not returnable unless the reason for the return results from a manufacturer defect or problem. A restocking fee may apply.

Payment Options
LABSCO accepts cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and American Express for payments on accounts. Terms: Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Accounts over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge on any balance. Initial orders may be shipped COD or require prior credit approval.

Registered LABSCO Customers

LABSCO customers must be registered to utilize our on-line order entry system. If you are already a registered user, go directly to the Log In page where you’ll enter your email address and password to access your account and order information.

On-line ordering has many benefits including placing orders at your convenience, individualized account with your special pricing and recent orders listed on your account profile page. You also have the capability to run specialized reports and access information including MSDS and images.

Becoming a New LABSCO Customer

It takes just a few minutes to become a New LABSCO Customer. Click on the my account or log in link to access the Log In page. If you’re a current LABSCO customer, please click the existing customer’s link and complete the form. If you are a new LABSCO customer, please click the new customer link and complete the form. You will receive an email confirming your request has been received. Shortly after, you will receive the approval email, and you are ready to log in to your account with LABSCO.

There are many convenient ways to view our catalog. Click on the product category image or the product category listed on the tool bar under On-line Catalog. You also can do a product search by LABSCO item number, description, vendor, vendor items or cross reference.
